20.6.2018 Accommodation office closed on Fri the 22nd

PSOAS accommodation office will be closed on Friday the 22nd of June due to Midsummer celebration. On Monday the 25th the office will be open as usual again.

20.6.2018 Last minute apartments available on Mon the 25th

Last minute aparments available for July can be reserved online in https://lastminuteapartments.psoas.fi/ on Monday the 25th of June at 8 am. The apartments available will be listed in the same address on Thursday the 21st at 4 pm. 6.6.2018 About deposit refunds

The end of May is typically the busiest moving season in student housing. Also this year, the amount of leases ending was more than double compared to an average month and there were hundreds of apartments to be checked. The apartment checks’ data is being summarized during the first full week of June and during the following week we will start refunding the deposits.

By Midsummer we should be able to process all the cases with no deductions needed. Depending on the bank and country, the deposit may still arrive after the Midsummer. If there are deductions to be made, the process will take slightly longer, since getting the deduction details (e.g. cleaning invoices) often takes some time. If you are waiting for your deposit to be processed, but have not sent us your banking information yet, please do so here.

We wish all our tenants – both current and those who already moved out – a happy summer!

30.5.2018 Exceptional opening hours

PSOAS housing office is open on Wednesday the 6th of June from 9 am to 12 pm. On Thursday the 7th of June the office will be open as usual from 9 am to 4 pm.

23.5.2018 Last minute apartments available on Friday the 25th at 8 am

Last minute apartments becoming vacant in June will be available on Friday the 25th of May at 8 am in https://lastminuteapartments.psoas.fi/wait/. The apartment availability is now good before the peak season of the summer. Flats available will be published in the aforementioned address on Thursday the 24th at 4 pm. For more information about last minute apartments click here.
