18.10.2018 PSOAS opening hours to be changed

PSOAS accommodation office has been open from 9 am to 5 pm on Mondays and from 9 am to 4 pm on other working days for years. However, many things that required visiting the office earlier, are done online by the tenants themselves nowadays. Due to this development the number of office visits has gone down. Furthermore, it has turned out that on Mondays there are really few customers visiting the office between 4 and 5 pm. On the other hand, at the end and the beginning of a month there might be need for extended opening hours due to tenants moving in and out.

Because of the development mentioned above, we are changing our opening hours. In the future the office will normally be open from 9 to 4 on all working days. On the first working day of the month, which is the busiest moving day, the office hours will be extended until 5 pm. Furthermore, if the last day of the month is a working day, the office will be open until 5 as well. The change will come into effect from the beginning of the week 44 which means that the office will be open from 9 to 5 on Wednesday the 31st and Thursday the 1st and 9 to 4 on other working days.

Hopefully, through this change our extended opening hours will be available when there is need for them and tenants will have it a bit easier with their moving day schedules.
