24.1.2017 Last minute apartments on Wednesday 25th of January

Last minute apartments from the beginning of February will be offered to the fastest callers on +358 8 317 3110 on Wednesday the 25th of January at 8 am.

The list of apartments will be published here on Tuesday the 24th at 4 pm.

19.1.2017 About rent revisions and payment forms

The annual rent revision date is getting closer. As we announced earlier, we are more than glad to be able to keep the rents unchanged for the fourth consecutive year.

Since the rents will not increase at the beginning of March we will not send new payment forms to tenants. If your lease and any chargeable services connected to it remain unchanged you can continue using the current payment form also after February 2017. However, if you do need the new form for some reason, please contact the accommodation office on asuntotoimisto@nullpsoas.fi.

3.1.2017 Welcome to live at PSOAS!

A new year has begun and brought lots of new tenants to live at PSOAS. We would like to welcome you all to live among your fellow students!

Now that your new lease has just begun it is worthwhile to take a look at our resident’s guide which provides lots of useful information for both newcomers and older tenants. If you can’t find the answer to your question online, please feel free to turn to either the accommodation office or our local property supervisor. The contact information is available here.

If you are a new CampusNet user, please note that using DSL routers is only allowed in Virkakatu 3 and Tapiontie 7. All other locations are using the Ethernet technique which is not compatible with DSL routers. For more information please contact the CampusNet support.

22.12.2016 Opening hours during Christmas time

The Housing Office is closed on Friday 23rd of December and on Monday 26th of December.

22.12.2016 PSOAS to maintain the current rent level for the fourth consecutive year

Our budget for the year 2017 has been accepted in the PSOAS Executive Committee. Thanks to tight finance keeping, low interest rates and apartments’ high occupancy rate we are able to keep on renting the apartments with the current rent level for the fourth year in a row. Also tenants have a significant role in making this possible with electricity and water being our major cost factors. In the national comparison consumption of electricity and water among PSOAS tenants is at a very competitive level. Thank you all for this contribution!
