Our budget for the year 2017 has been accepted in the PSOAS Executive Committee. Thanks to tight finance keeping, low interest rates and apartments’ high occupancy rate we are able to keep on renting the apartments with the current rent level for the fourth year in a row. Also tenants have a significant role in making this possible with electricity and water being our major cost factors. In the national comparison consumption of electricity and water among PSOAS tenants is at a very competitive level. Thank you all for this contribution!
