FAULT REPORTS AND THE DIVISION OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Make a notification of errors to AVUX.
AVUX-system is PSOAS’ electronic fault report system. AVUX is the primary way to inform any errors or faults. However, if there is a fault that requires immediate action (for example a big leak of water), you should contact the property manager or the on-duty janitor.
Here you can see details on how the responsibilities of cleaning, maintenance and renovation are divided between the tenant and the lessor.
Fault reports
Please check the responsibilities from the table below before sending a fault report. This way you will save the trouble and time caused by reporting a fault that belongs to your responsibilities. If the task belongs to the tenant but you are not sure about how to handle it, feel free to contact the property supervisor of your area.
