OMAPSOAS – FAQ

  • Me and my spouse/flatmate have reserved a constant sauna turn but I am not able to find it to confirm it.

    The accounts of spouses and flatmates are personal. If a turn has been reserved using one person’s account it must be confirmed using the same one. The system must work this way so that flatmates living in a family apartment with one agreement can make their own reservations. Both users can register using the same reference number.

  • The system does not accept my reference number when registering

    The reference number used in registration is your personal reference number printed on your rent payment form. The zeros at the beginning can be left away.

    You can usually register to OmaPSOAS in 24 hours after your tenancy agreement has started. Sometimes there may be a delay in the changeover of tenant information from one system to another and the registration is not possible until three days after your tenancy agreement has started. If you still after three days cannot register please, call PSOAS accommodation office p. +368 8 3173 110.

  • Turns in the reservation calendars have different colors. What do the different colors stand for?

    • Fair blue: a turn available for reserving
    • Blue: a constant turn that has been confirmed or a single turn
    • Light orange: a constant turn that has not been confirmed yet
    • Dark Orange: a collective turn (men, women or both)
    • Grey: a turn in the past.

  • When can I confirm that I will use my constant turn?

    Confirming a constant turn can be made in the Homepage of OmaPSOAS, in its lower right corner. At the latest a turn can be confirmed 24 hours before its beginning. Only one constant turn can be confirmed at a time. As soon as the turn of the ongoing week has been used, it is possible to confirm the turn for the next week.
