Fault Reports
Any faults in the Housing Company Broadband are to be reported to DNA on +358 800 300 500 (excluding faults in the exchange students’ wifi). The fault service is available all day round and actions to spot the fault will be taken immediately once the fault has been reported.
DNA is responsible for the connection up to the wall socket (excluding Virkakatu 3 and Tapiontie 7 where the connection includes a PSOAS owned router). The tenant is responsible for the configuration and operation of their own hardware (computers, phones, wireless routers, switches etc).
If the connection up to the wall socket has been found to be working, the tenant can turn to HS Works for support on their own hardware on +358 600 305 060. The price for the service can be checked in www.hs-works.fi/.
