19.1.2017 About rent revisions and payment forms

The annual rent revision date is getting closer. As we announced earlier, we are more than glad to be able to keep the rents unchanged for the fourth consecutive year.

Since the rents will not increase at the beginning of March we will not send new payment forms to tenants. If your lease and any chargeable services connected to it remain unchanged you can continue using the current payment form also after February 2017. However, if you do need the new form for some reason, please contact the accommodation office on asuntotoimisto@nullpsoas.fi.
