6.6.2018 About deposit refunds

The end of May is typically the busiest moving season in student housing. Also this year, the amount of leases ending was more than double compared to an average month and there were hundreds of apartments to be checked. The apartment checks’ data is being summarized during the first full week of June and during the following week we will start refunding the deposits.

By Midsummer we should be able to process all the cases with no deductions needed. Depending on the bank and country, the deposit may still arrive after the Midsummer. If there are deductions to be made, the process will take slightly longer, since getting the deduction details (e.g. cleaning invoices) often takes some time. If you are waiting for your deposit to be processed, but have not sent us your banking information yet, please do so here.
