4.7.2016 Backlog at our customer service

Hello new student!
We have received hundreds of housing applications and questions regarding them. There is a terrible backlog at our email and phone service at the moment. We are offering apartments for autumn according to the queue.

15.6.2016 Results of the tenant satisfaction survey

In April we conducted our annual tenant satisfaction survey. In the PSOAS magazine you will now find an article about the results of the survey. Thank you for all the responses we received!

2.6.2016 About returning deposits

As usual May was the busiest moving month so far and over 500 leases ended on the 31st. Janitors and property supervisors are still processing the information collected in the apartment checks before customer service will be able to begin processing the deposits. We will begin working on deposits on week 24 and do our best to complete the task as soon as possible despite the high number of cases this month. Fair rental practices suggest that a deposit should be returned within a month after the lease has ended and that’s what we are holding onto.

New home for summer? The last minute apartments available for June will be offered to the fastest callers on Wednesday the 25th of June, at 8 am on +358 8 317 3110. Vacancies will be listed here on Tuesday at 4 pm.

Our office will close on Friday the 20th of May at 12 am due to a staff recreation day.
On Monday the 23rd of May we serve you normally again.

PSOAS office will close on Wednesday the 4th of May at 2 p.m.
On Ascension Day, the 5th of May our office is closed.

We are open again normally on Friday the 6th of May at 9 a.m.

13.4.2016 Kuvakämppänjän satoa

Earlier this year we had the Kuvakämppänjä campaign for the second consecutive year. Tenants could participate by sending their photos in the campaign site online. The photos will be used to present the different apartment types to new applicants in our website . The material received was excellent and there was plenty of it. To see the photos click here.

We would like to thank all participants for their efforts. The winner of the vote for the best photo was Dilip Ranabhat with his apartment photo from Välkkylä. Congratulations to Dilip once more!
