4.4.2016 Welcome to Tell Your Opinion in the Tenant Satisfaction Survey

The annual PSOAS tenant satisfaction survey is now on. The answering time will end on the 10th of April. To share your thoughts with us, click here to enter the questionnaire.

We hope that you would find the time to give us feedback on our performance in providing housing services. A gift voucher of 150 € will be raffled between the participants.

21.3.2016 Happy Easter – Exceptional opening hours

PSOAS office is open on Thursday the 24th of March 9 am – 2 pm.
From Friday  to Monday the office is closed.
On Tuesday the 29th of March our office is open normally again 9 am – 4 pm.

Samuli Broström started on the 1st of February as the new property supervisor at PSOAS. Samuli will take care of the Yliopistokatu houses in Linnanmaa.

5.2.2016 Accommodation office closed on the 9th of February

Accommodation office will be closed on Tuesday the 9th of February due to a staff training day. On Wednesday the 10th the office will be open as usual again.

5.2.2016 The rent payment forms starting from March 2016

The rents will remain unchanged in all PSOAS owned properties after rent revision of March 2016.
