2.6.2016 About returning deposits

As usual May was the busiest moving month so far and over 500 leases ended on the 31st. Janitors and property supervisors are still processing the information collected in the apartment checks before customer service will be able to begin processing the deposits. We will begin working on deposits on week 24 and do our best to complete the task as soon as possible despite the high number of cases this month. Fair rental practices suggest that a deposit should be returned within a month after the lease has ended and that’s what we are holding onto.
