20.9.2017 Housing application validity period to be changed

The validity period of PSOAS housing applications will be changed from 90 to 60 days at the beginning of October. Typical waiting times today are shorter than before and, moreover, an automated reminder feature has been introduced. A reminder about the expiry of an application is sent automatically to the applicant’s e-mail. This way, applicants will know when to renew their application if necessary.

After the change there will be fewer unnecessary applications on the waiting lists and the offering process will be more efficient. For the applicants this should mean shorter waiting times and better service.
