20.9.2017 Asuntohakemuksen voimassaoloaika muuttuu

PSOASin asuntohakemuksen voimassaoloaika muuttuu 1.10. alkaen ja on jatkossa 60 vuorokautta. Asuntojen hakuajat ovat vuosien saatossa lyhentyneet ja lisäksi käyttöön on otettu automaattinen muistutus, joka ilmoittaa hakijalle sähköpostitse hakemuksen olevan vanhenemassa. Näin hakija tietää tarvittaessa uusia hakemuksensa.

Muutoksella pyritään vähentämään turhia hakemuksia jonoilla ja näin tehostamaan tarjoamista. Asiakkaille toivomme muutoksen näkyvän nopeutuneena asunnonhakuna ja parempana palveluna.
