PSOASilla on käytössä asukkaiden itsepalvelujärjestelmä OmaPSOAS.

Järjestelmän kautta asukkaat voivat muun muassa varata erilaisia asumispalveluita Internetin kautta haluamanaan aikana. Rekisteröityminen on tärkeää, vaikka et tekisikään varauksia netin kautta, koska OmaPSOAS on myös keskeinen viestintäkanava ja sen kautta asukas saa automaattisesti tärkeää tiettyihin asumisen vaiheisiin liittyvää informaatiota.
