In April we conducted the annual tenant satisfaction survey. Altogether 1358 tenants took part in the survey which results in a response rate of 35%. We would like to thank all the respondents for their contribution!

Tenants’ views about PSOAS housing services were rather similar to those collected in the previous years. The small changes that could be pointed out were mostly positive. The area where tenants’ views had improved the most was maintenance and cleaning services. Also in property supervision the direction of the small steps taken was for the better. The performance of customer service had remained on the same good level as during the last couple of years. Phone service was, however, still performing a bit poorer than other areas of customer service. Measures have already been taken to improve in this field and, hopefully, tenants’ perceived service quality will increase.

CampusNet service was still scoring high in tenant satisfaction, but the excellent level of last year could not quite be reached. During the last twelve months the overall traffic in the network has increased heavily and this has affected the network performance, especially in the spring. Capacity of the network has already been increased to react to this challenge and surfing the web should now be faster and more convenient.
