Thousands of new students have started or will soon start their studies in their new home town Oulu. Many of them have found their new home at PSOAS since over a thousand new leases have been signed before the new academic term. We would like to welcome all of you to Oulu and to live at PSOAS!

In order to get a good start to living it is worthwhile to have a look at the ABC to PSOAS living given in the accommodation office when signing the tenancy agreement. Further information to housing related questions will be available in the Resident’s guide in our website. Also accommodation office and property supervisors will offer their help to new tenants when necessary. Our contact information can be found here.
