19.6.2014 Deposit returns of the agreements that have ended in May

We have started returning the deposits of the agreements (over 500) that have ended in May.
Unfortunately a specific time when the tenant’s deposit will be returned cannot be stated.
The deposit will be returned within a month after the tenancy agreement has ended if the apartment is in good condition, the keys have been returned on time to the housing office, all rents and other payments have been paid and correct account information has been sent. Any problems with the apartment’s condition, keys or payments may delay the deposit return.
